The Usher/Greeter Ministry greets the congregation as they enter the Church and assist in finding seating and help those that are physically challenged. They help to prepare the Church for the celebration of Mass by attending to the doors, lighting, bulletins, etc. They also assist Father, the Deacon and the Sacristans with any special circumstances that arise. They collect and present the collection and assist the flow of people receiving Holy Communion. Some duties after Mass are to turn off all lights and lock doors. This is an important ministry for our Church and does not require much time. There are no dues, all communication is done through email and training is an easy handout with some basic explanation. Please consider helping out with this ministry.
